Before you walk into your allotted institute for physical reporting, run through this checklist:

• JEE Main 2026 Admit Card – Original + 3 photocopies
• JEE Main 2026 Rank/Score Card – Original + 3 photocopies
• Class 10 Mark Sheet – Original + 3 photocopies
• Class 10 Passing Certificate – Original + 3 photocopies
• Class 12 Mark Sheet – Original + 3 photocopies
• Class 12 Passing Certificate – Original + 3 photocopies
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD – if applicable) – Original + 3 photocopies
• OBC-NCL/EWS certificate dated after April 1, 2026 ✅
• Domicile/PRC Certificate (for NEUT/Supernumerary) – Original + 3 photocopies
• Aadhaar Card / Photo ID – Original + 3 photocopies
• Passport-size photographs – Minimum 6 copies identical to JEE Main application photo
• CSAB seat allotment letter (printout)
• Fee payment receipt(s) (SREF + IAF-II printout)
• Affidavit for name mismatch (if applicable)
• Sealed and self-attested photocopies of all documents
