Raising Objections:

If you find any discrepancies in the preliminary key, you can challenge it through the Official Objection Window.

  • Deadline: Objections must be submitted by May 17, 2026.
  • Fee: Typically, a fee of ₹500 per question is required, which may be refunded if the objection is found valid.
Process: You must provide clear reasoning and upload supporting documents in PDF format for each challenge.

Accepted Documents & Formats:

The authorities typically accept scholarly and official sources that directly contradict the key.

  • Academic Textbooks: Standard textbooks (such as those from SCERT, NCERT, or university-level publications) used in the relevant subjects (Maths, Science, Social Studies, etc.).
  • Official Government Documents: Reports, gazettes, or official data published by government bodies.
  • Standard Reference Books: Widely recognized authoritative works in the specific field of study.
  • Technical Specifications:
    • File Formats: Only PDF or JPEG formats are accepted.
    • File Size: The uploaded file must be less than 1MB

Documents Not Accepted:

Challenges based on non-authoritative or unofficial information will be ignored.

  • Unofficial Study Guides: Notes or guides from private coaching centres or non-standard publishers.
  • Wikipedia/Personal Blogs: Open-source or self-published internet content is not considered valid proof.
  • Handwritten Notes: Personal explanations without reference to an authoritative source are insufficient.
  • Other Formats: Physical documents sent via post, email, or any offline medium will not be considered; objections must be submitted online only through the Official TG EdCET Portal

How to submit the Objection:

Step 1: Download Your Response Sheet

Your response sheet shows exactly what you clicked during the exam.

  1. Visit the Manabadi website on May 15, 2026.
  2. Click on the link “Download Candidates’ Response Sheets”.
  3. Enter your Hall Ticket NumberRegistration Number, and Date of Birth.
  4. Click “Get Response Sheet” and save it as a PDF.

Step 2: Download the Master Question Paper

The Master Paper contains the “official” order of questions and the correct answers (Preliminary Key).

  1. On the homepage, look for “Master Question Papers with Preliminary Key”.
  2. Select the paper that matches your exam date and session (Session 1 or Session 2).
  3. You do not need to log in to download this; it is a public PDF.

Step 3: How to Compare (The “Question ID” Rule)

Since the order of questions in your Response Sheet is different from the Master Paper, you cannot match them by number (e.g., your #5 might be Master #42).

  • Find the Question ID: Every question has a unique ID (e.g., 852101). Look for this ID on your Response Sheet.
  • Locate on Master Paper: Find the same Question ID on the Master Paper to see what the official correct option is.
  • Raise Objection: If your Response Sheet says you picked Option A, and the Master Paper says Option B is correct—but you have proof from a textbook that A is right—you use that Question ID to file your challenge.

Calculating Your Score:

  • Marking Scheme: +1 mark for every correct answer; no negative marking for incorrect or unattempted questions.
  • Tentative Score: Match your response sheet against the official preliminary key to estimate your total marks out of 150.
