Eligibility Criteria for TG LAWCET 2026

Candidates must satisfy the eligibility requirements to apply for TG LAWCET 2026. The criteria are different for undergraduate (LLB) and postgraduate (LLM) programs.

For TG LAWCET (LLB 3-Year & 5-Year Course)

  • Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
  • Domicile: Must satisfy Telangana state residency requirements.
  • Age Limit:
    1. For 3-year LLB: Minimum 20 years.
    1. For 5-year LLB: Minimum 17 years.
  • Educational Qualification:
  • 3-year LLB: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • 5-year LLB: 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

For PGLCET (LLM Course)

  1. Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
  2. Domicile: Telangana state candidates preferred.
  3. Educational Qualification: Must have an LLB degree from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
