TS EAPCET Counselling Required Documents List 2026 For Verification (Certificates)

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) is conducting the TG EAPCET 2026 Counselling for admission into Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy programmes across Telangana. Certificate Verification is a mandatory step, and only candidates whose certificates are successfully verified can participate in Web Options Entry and the Seat Allotment process. Candidates must attend Certificate Verification at their allotted Help Line Centre (HLC) with all the required original certificates, category certificates, income certificate (if applicable), study/local area certificates, and photocopies.

As per the TG EAPCET 2026 Counselling Schedule, Certificate Verification was conducted from June 22 to June 29, 2026, followed by Web Options Entry from June 25 to July 1, 2026. The Mock Seat Allotment was released on or before July 4, 2026, with Web Option Modification available from July 5 to July 7, 2026. The Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result is scheduled on or before July 10, 2026, after which allotted candidates must complete tuition fee payment and online self-reporting between July 10 and July 14, 2026 to confirm their admission.

Mandatory Certificates

  • TG EAPCET 2026 Rank Card
  • TG EAPCET 2026 Hall Ticket
  • Intermediate or Equivalent Memo-Cum-Pass Certificate
  • SSC or Equivalent Marks Memo
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Income Certificate issued after January 1, 2026 (for fee reimbursement)
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Residence Certificate of either parent for 10 years (for non-local candidates)
  • Local Status Certificate (if applicable)

Documents Required for Non-Local Candidates

Candidates seeking admission under the Unreserved Quota may submit any one of the following:

  • Residence Certificate showing that the candidate or either parent has resided in Telangana for a cumulative period of 10 years (excluding periods of study or employment outside the state).
  • Employer Certificate showing that either parent is employed under the State Government, Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings, Local Bodies, or Universities in Telangana.
  • Employer Certificate of Spouse (where applicable) for candidates whose spouse is employed in recognized State or Central Government institutions, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities, or other quasi-government organizations in Telangana.

Category & Special Reservation Certificates (If Applicable)

Candidates claiming reservation under any category must submit valid supporting certificates issued by the competent authorities. These documents will be verified during the TG EAPCET 2026 counselling certificate verification process.

Caste Certificate

  • Caste Certificate must be issued by the competent authority in Telangana State.

Income Certificate

  • Income Certificate should be validly issued on or after January 1, 2026.

EWS Certificate

  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate must be issued by the Tahsildar.
  • It should be valid for the academic year 2026–2027.

Special Category Certificates

Candidates claiming reservation under special categories must provide relevant certificates:

Residence / Local Status Certificates

Residence Certificate

  • Required for candidates who have not undergone institutional education (regular schooling/college study).

Non-Local Candidate Residence Certificate

  • Required for non-local candidates.
  • Must be issued by the Tahsildar of Telangana.
  • The certificate should be issued for either of the parents proving residence for a minimum period of 10 years in Telangana.

TS EAMCET Certificate Verification 2026 Process

TS EAMCET web-based candidate counseling instructions have been published on the website. Every candidate who comes to the EAMCET 2026 TS Certificate Verification

  • Helpline Center is requested to follow the steps mentioned below:
  • Wait for an announcement from Help Line Centre authorities regarding registration.
  • Hand over the rank card to the officer at the entrance after the announcement.
  • In the registration hall, wait for your turn.
  • When your rank is called, pay the processing fee and get a receipt by providing your mobile number and Aadhar number.
  • Fill out the Register with your information, such as your hall ticket number, rank, and signature. Meanwhile, complete the basic information sheet and keep it on hand.
  • Collect the Registration-Cum-Verification form from the computer operator at the Registration counter and check to see if your mobile number and Aadhar number are
  • properly printed.
  • Your registration is finished. Return to the registration hall and wait for the announcement.
  • Report to the Verification counter for TS EAMCET certificate verification after the officer announces it at the Registration counter.

Telangana EAMCET Document Verification Process:

The document verification process for TS EAMCET is crucial and involves several steps. Candidates must attend the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) for certificate verification. Ensure all original documents are carried along with two sets of photocopies.

EWS Certificate (Economically Weaker Section):

The Economically Weaker Section (EWS) certificate is an official document issued to individuals belonging to economically weaker sections of society who do not fall under the SC, ST, or OBC reservation categories. It certifies eligibility for a 10% reservation in education and government job opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria for EWS Certificate:

To qualify for an EWS certificate, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Income: The family’s annual income must be below ₹8 lakh from all sources.
  • Property: The family should not own:
  • Residential plots of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
  • Residential flat of 1000 sq. ft. and above.
  • Agricultural land of 5 acres and above.
  • Any other property as specified by the government.

Required Documents for EWS Certificate:

Applicants must provide the following documents when applying for an EWS certificate:

  • Income Certificate: Issued by the competent authority.
  • Aadhar Card: Proof of identity.
  • PAN Card: For financial verification.
  • Residential Proof: Address proof such as a voter ID card, utility bill, etc.
  • Affidavit/Self-Declaration: Stating that the applicant belongs to the EWS category.
  • Property Documents: Proof of land holdings and property.

How to Apply for an EWS Certificate

The application process for an EWS certificate generally involves the following steps:

  • Obtain the Application Form: Available online on the state government’s official portal or at the local revenue office.
  • Fill the Form: Complete the form with accurate details and attach the required documents.
  • Submit the Form: Submit the form at the designated office (MRO/Tehsildar/Revenue Department).
  • Verification Process: The authorities will verify the submitted documents and details.
  • Certificate Issuance: Upon successful verification, the EWS certificate will be issued.

Income Certificate

An Income Certificate is an official document issued by the Revenue Department of Telangana through MeeSeva centers. It is used as proof of a family’s annual income for government schemes, scholarships, fee reimbursement, and reservation benefits such as EWS.

Eligibility Criteria for Income Certificate

  • Applicant must be a resident of Telangana
  • Can be applied by any individual or family
  • Required for scholarships, fee reimbursement, and EWS reservation
  • Income is considered from all family sources

Caste Certificate

A Caste Certificate (Telangana) is an official document issued by the Revenue Department to verify a person’s caste belonging to SC, ST, BC, or other recognized communities. It is mainly used for reservation benefits in education, government jobs, and welfare schemes.

Eligibility Criteria for Caste Certificate

  • Applicant must be a resident of Telangana
  • Must belong to a recognized SC / ST / BC community
  • Required for reservations in education, jobs, and welfare schemes
  • Family details must match government records

Required Documents for Caste Certificate

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Ration Card / Family Member List
  • Birth Certificate or School Records (for proof of caste)
  • Address Proof (Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Ration Card)
