The remaining 15% of seats shall be treated as unreserved seats, which include the following categories:
- (i) All candidates eligible to be declared as local candidates of O.U. Area
- (ii) Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of ten years, excluding study periods outside the State, or candidates whose parents have resided in the State for ten years, excluding employment outside the State
