APCFSS CAP: New AP Admission Portal For all AP CET Admission
🔴 APCFSS CAP Portal (cap.apcfss.in) is the new centralized online admission portal launched by the Andhra Pradesh Government for admissions into professional courses through various AP Common Entrance Tests (AP CETs). It provides a single platform for registration, certificate verification, web options, seat allotment, and reporting.
🔴 The CAP Portal is used for counselling of multiple AP CETs, including AP EAPCET, AP ECET, AP ICET, AP PGECET, AP LAWCET, AP EdCET, AP POLYCET, and other APSCHE admission processes. Separate counselling notifications are activated on the same portal as per the schedule.
🔴 AP EAPCET 2026 Phase-1 Counselling is being conducted through the APCFSS CAP Portal. Eligible candidates can complete the entire admission process online using this portal.
🔴 AP EAPCET 2026 Phase-1 Counselling Schedule:
- Registration & Processing Fee Payment: 20 July – 29 July 2026

🔴 After certificate verification, candidates can exercise Web Options by selecting their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority. An Option Editing facility is also available to modify preferences before seat allotment.
🔴 Seat allotment is prepared based on the candidate’s AP EAPCET rank, reservation category, local/non-local status, availability of seats, and the order of web options entered during counselling.
🔴 Candidates allotted a seat must complete both Self-Reporting through the CAP Portal and Physical Reporting at the allotted college within the prescribed dates. Failure to complete either step may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
🔴 The AP ECET 2026 counselling is also being conducted through the APCFSS CAP Portal, making it the common online platform for APSCHE counselling processes.
