AP EAPCET 2024 BiPC Counselling Documents Required

  1. AP EAPCET 2024 Rank card.
  2. AP EAPCET 2024 Hall Ticket.
  3. Transfer Certificate (T.C)
  4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
  5. Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
  6. A valid EWS certificate v from MeeSeva for OC candidates
  7. Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
  8. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
  9. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
  10. Income certificate of parents or White Ration card for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)

Who are Eligible for AP EAPCET Final Phase Counselling?

  1. If you have secured seat but not shown interest to join in the allotted seat.
  2. If you have not secured seats so far, but got your certificates verified.

How to Download BiPC 2024 Counselling Allotment Letter?

  1. Visit the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
  2. Click on "Download Allotment letter and Self Reporting" link
  3. Enter AP EAPCET 2024 admit card number
  4. Enter details of your Date of Birth
  5. Click on 'Submit'.

AP EAPCET Slot booking 2024 Details

Registration: To participate in the slot booking process, candidates must first register for the AP EAPCET exam. Registration typically involves providing personal information, educational details, and other required information. Candidates will also receive login credentials (user ID and password) during registration.

Slot Booking Portal: After successful registration, candidates can log in to the official AP EAPCET website using their user ID and password. On the website, there will be a section dedicated to slot booking.

Choice of Exam Center and Date: In the slot booking portal, candidates can select their preferred exam centers and exam dates based on availability. It's essential to choose the options that are most convenient for you. Please note that slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so it's advisable to complete this step as soon as possible after the slot booking process opens.

Confirmation: Once you have selected your exam center and date, you will need to confirm your choices. Ensure that the details you have entered are accurate before confirming. Once confirmed, changes may not be allowed.

Now, one can easily fill the choices with a Login ID and newly generated Password. Mentioned below are the steps to be followed in order to fill in the choices.
  1. Login using Login ID, Hall Ticket No., Password, Date of Birth and Captcha Code
  2. Click on Choice Filling Choice.
  3. Now, fill in the choices as per preferences. To make the options filled more secured, candidates will be sent an OTP on the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP number into the box provided on the page.

Note: Candidates must verify the Engineering Colleges and Course Codes while filling the options.

Verification of Certificates

  1. The next step after registration is the verification of the certificates.
  2. Candidates need to submit their certificates and registration-cum-verification-form to the verification officer.
  3. All candidates are advised to verify all the details printed on receipt of certificates and affix the Signature and collect the same from the Chief Verification Officer.

Note: Bring the original documents with 2 sets of photocopies at the time of verification.

Choice Filling

  1. Candidates have to fill the choice of their courses/colleges according to their preferences after the document verification process is over.
  2. To proceed further, candidates will have to enter their choices online by visiting the official website and logging into their account.
  3. The candidates will have to submit their registration number, hall ticket number, rank and date of birth.
  4. A new password has to be created by the candidates.
  5. The candidates will be required to login again by submitting their ID number, hall ticket number, password and date of birth.
  6. An OTP will be sent to the candidates. After submitting the OTP. the list of available institutes and courses will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Candidates will have to select their preferred choice of courses and institutes. Any number of courses can be selected.
  8. Modification of choices can be done before the locking is done. No changes can be done once the choices are locked.

AP EAPCET Seat Allotment 2024

  1. The allotment of the seats will be done by the admission authority of AP EAPCET 2024 on the basis of candidate's category, merit gender, local area, and special reservation category, etc.
  2. For seat allotment purposes, candidates will have to download their allotment by logging into their account.
  3. In case the candidate is satisfied with their allotted seat then they will have to confirm their admission by self reporting and then reporting to their respective institute.
  4. Candidates who self report but fail to report at the allotted institute will be disqualified but will be allowed to participate in the next rounds of counselling.
  5. However, those candidates who fail to do both will not be allowed to participate in any further round of counselling.

Reporting at the Allotted Centre

  1. Seats are allocated based on a number of factors including applicants merit, category, sex, local area, special reservation category and more.
  2. The list of the allotted applicants will be available in online mode, access the allotment letter by logging in on the official site.
  3. After the seat allotment procedure is over, qualified candidates will have to report to the allotted center for seat confirmation.
  4. It must be noted that if any candidate fails to report at the allotted center, then his/her seat will be cancelled and he/she will have no claim for further allotment of seats.

Note: It is advised to auto check all fields printed on EAPCET 2024 registration cum verification form like local area, gender, minority, category, special reservation category, date of birth, mobile number & fee, reimbursement eligibility.

  1. All the candidates need not go to HLCs for verification of certificates and for such of the candidates whose data is verified and data displayed and agreed by the candidates can directly proceed for option entry.
  2. For such of the candidates whose data is incomplete their data will not be displayed. Such Candidates alone have to report to Help Line Centre and get data verified and Proceed for option entry.
  3. For any Help such as change of Mobile number or any corrections, candidates are requested to approach nearest Help Line centers with valid proof.
  4. Candidates are hereby informed that they can change their option already exercised on June 3. The options will be frozen on June 3 and candidates cannot modify further.
