1. Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number

- Enter your Intermediate 2nd Year Hall Ticket Number only.
- Andhra Pradesh (AP) students must enter their AP Inter 2nd year hall ticket number.
- Telangana (TS) students must enter their TS Inter 2nd year hall ticket number.
- Do not enter SSC / 10th class hall ticket number.
- Do not use spaces or special characters.
- Enter carefully, as wrong entry may block further registration steps.
2. Candidate’s Name
The candidate name should exactly match your official academic records.
- Enter your full name as per SSC or Intermediate certificate.
- Avoid spelling mistakes, initials, or nicknames.
- Name entered here will appear on hall ticket and rank card.

3. Date of Birth

6. Alternate Mobile Number
Providing an alternate number is optional but strongly recommended.
