AP EAPCET BiPC Counselling 2026 Documents List: Complete Certificate Checklist, Verification Process, Fees & Course Details

AP EAPCET BiPC Counselling 2026 Mandatory Documents List

Candidates must keep the following certificates ready during registration and certificate verification.

AP EAPCET Hall Ticket and Rank Card Requirements

Candidates must upload clear and legible copies of the AP EAPCET Hall Ticket and Rank Card. Registration number, candidate details, and photograph should be clearly visible. Blurred or incomplete copies may lead to verification delays.

SSC Marks Memo Requirements

The SSC Marks Memo acts as the official proof of date of birth. Candidates should ensure that the name on the SSC certificate exactly matches the details available in AP EAPCET records.

Intermediate Marks Memo Eligibility Rules

Candidates must have passed Intermediate or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Minimum qualifying marks:

  • General Category: 45% in BiPC subjects
  • BC/SC/ST Categories: 40% in BiPC subjects

Transfer Certificate (TC)

The Transfer Certificate issued by the last attended institution is mandatory during admission. Candidates should carry the original certificate while reporting to the allotted college.

Study Certificates and Local Status Verification

Study certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate are used to establish local candidature in Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates who studied privately or do not possess institutional study records may have to submit a Residence Certificate covering the required period.

Students who migrated between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh should also verify whether additional local status documentation is required.

Caste Certificate Rules

BC, SC, and ST candidates must possess an Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority such as the Tahsildar or MRO through MeeSeva.

Only valid certificates in the prescribed government format will be considered for reservation benefits.

Income Certificate and Fee Reimbursement

Students seeking tuition fee reimbursement benefits must keep a valid Income Certificate ready.

The certificate should:

  • Be digitally signed.
  • Be issued by the Tahsildar.
  • Match the eligibility requirements prescribed for the current academic year.

Candidates using a White Ration Card should ensure their name and parent details are properly mentioned.

EWS Certificate

Open Category candidates claiming EWS reservation must possess a valid Income and Asset Certificate issued for the applicable academic year through MeeSeva by the competent authority.

Special Category Certificates

Candidates claiming reservations under special categories should keep the following documents ready:

PH Category

  • Disability Certificate showing at least 40% disability.
  • Certificate must be issued by the District Medical Board.

NCC Category

  • Valid NCC certificates issued by the Commanding Officer.

Sports Category

  • Certificates approved by recognized sports authorities.

CAP Category

  • Service Certificate or Discharge Certificate issued by competent defence authorities.

The Farmer Quota in AP EAPCET reserves 40% of seats in select agricultural and technical courses for students from farming families. Admission is based on the AP EAPCET merit rank, provided candidates meet the prescribed eligibility conditions.
