Eligibility & Selection Process
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed SSC (10th Class) in 2026 on the first attempt.
- Age Limit: Must not have completed 18 years as of December 31, 2026 (Relaxable to 21 years for SC/ST).
- Deprivation Score (Rural Bonus): To support rural students, a 0.4 GPA (or 4%) deprivation score is added to the marks of students who studied in Government, ZP, or Municipal schools.
- Selection Method: Based purely on 10th-grade merit after adding deprivation points. In case of a tie, marks in Mathematics, then General Science, then English are considered in that order.
