Eligibility for TS PGECET Counselling 2025
- GATE/GPAT qualified candidates are given first priority.
- TS PGECET qualified candidates will be considered in the absence of GATE/GPAT qualifiers.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
- Should possess a relevant undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Pharm/Architecture etc.) with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
- Must have obtained a valid TS PGECET rank or GATE/GPAT score.
TS PGECET Counselling Process 2025
The counselling process for TS PGECET 2025 is conducted in online mode. It involves several steps that candidates must follow carefully:
Registration & Fee Payment
Eligible candidates must register for counselling by visiting the official website. They have to enter their TS PGECET Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and basic details, and then proceed to pay the counselling registration fee:
- General/OBC: Rs.1200
- SC/ST: Rs.600
Certificate Verification
After registration, candidates need to upload scanned copies of relevant certificates for online verification. The documents will be verified by designated helpline centers. Candidates must wait for their verification status approval.
Web Option Entry
Once certificates are verified, candidates can log in and exercise their web options by selecting colleges and courses in order of preference. This step is crucial as seat allotment is based on rank and the choices filled.

Seat Allotment Result
Based on the candidate’s rank, category, and web options, the seat allotment result will be published. You must download the allotment order and report to the allotted college.

TS PGECET 2025 Counselling for GATE/GPAT Qualified Candidates

Spot Admission (For Private Colleges Only)
- After the conclusion of the final phase, spot admission will be conducted for private unaided engineering/pharmacy colleges.
