Candidates who wish to appear for AP EAPCET 2026 must satisfy the eligibility requirements set by APSCHE. The eligibility criteria include nationality, age limit, educational qualification, and subject requirements.
Nationality & Domicile
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and satisfy local/non-local status requirements as per government rules.
Age Limit
For Engineering & Pharmacy Courses:
- Minimum age: 16 years as on 31 December 2026
- No upper age limit for engineering and pharmacy courses.
For Agriculture Courses:
- Minimum age: 17 years
- Maximum age: 22 years for General category
- Maximum age: 25 years for SC/ST candidates
Educational Qualification
For Engineering (E):
- Candidates must have passed or appeared for Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
- Diploma holders in Engineering are also eligible for engineering courses.
For Pharmacy (P):
- Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry or Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
For Agriculture (A):
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry subjects.
Minimum Marks Requirement
- General category candidates must secure at least 45% marks in qualifying examination.
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/BC) must obtain 40% marks.
