Eligibility Criteria for APECET 2025 B.Pharmacy Admissions
To participate in the counselling process, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must have completed Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Should have qualified in APECET-2025 examination.
- Must possess valid documents to prove educational qualification, local status, caste (if applicable), and income certificate (for fee reimbursement).
Counselling Fee

Step-by-Step Counselling Process
1.Processing Fee Payment
Candidates must visit the official APSCHE counselling website and pay the processing fee online. Without paying the fee, registration cannot be completed.
2.Online Registration
Fill in personal details, academic information, and upload required certificates. Ensure that the details match exactly with the documents.
3.Certificate Verification
Uploaded certificates will be verified online by designated helpline centers. Candidates will receive a confirmation once the verification is successful.
4.Option Entry
After verification, candidates must log in and select their preferred colleges and courses from the available list. Options should be arranged in order of priority (1st preference, 2nd preference, etc.).
5.Seat Allotment
Based on rank, category, reservation, and options filled, APSCHE will release the seat allotment result.
6.Download Allotment Order
After seat allotment, candidates should download the allotment order and take a printout for reporting.
7.Reporting to Allotted College
Candidates must report to the allotted college within the given time frame and confirm their admission by submitting original documents.
