What is AGRICET?
AGRICET (Agriculture Common Entrance Test) is an entrance examination conducted by ANGRAU, primarily for students who have completed a 2-year Diploma in Agriculture or its equivalent. It enables diploma holders to get direct admission into the second year of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture.

Eligibility Criteria for AGRICET 2025
To be eligible for the AGRICET exam, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed a 2-year Diploma in Agriculture, Seed Technology, or Organic Farming from ANGRAU/ PJTSAU or any recognized institution.

- Minimum Age: 17 years as on 31st December 2025.
- General Candidates: 22 years
- SC/ST Candidates: 25 years
