The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, will release the AP DSC 2025 call letter for the certificate verification round today, August 27. The district-wise merit list has also been published along with the hall ticket.

Candidates who have cleared the AP DSC 2024-25 written exam can get their call letters through the official candidate login portal. The certificate verification process is scheduled to begin from August 28, 2025.

List of Original Documents to be Produced:

1. Printout of the Online Application of Mega DSC–2025.
2. SSC or its equivalent certificate.
3. Intermediate or its equivalent certificate.
4. Academic qualification certificates (Degree Or Post-Graduation).
5. Professional qualification certificates (D.Ed./Spl.D.Ed/ B.Ed/Spl.B.Ed / UGDPE / B.P.Ed., etc.).
6. TET/CTET Original Score Card/Marks memo
7. Study Certificates from Class IV to X (seven years) must be submitted. Or Residence certificate for 07 years prior to appearing in SSC, if appeared for S.S.C. as a Private Candidate. Candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between 2nd June, 2014 and 1st June, 2024 as per G.O. Ms. No. 161, General Administration (SPF&MC) Department, dated.27.12.2022 and as per terms laid down in Circular Memo No.4136/SPF & MC/2015-5, Dated.20.11.2017 and Circular Memo No.4136/SPF & MC/2015-17, Dated.27.12.2022 of Government of Andhra Pradesh shall obtain the Local Status Certificate from competent authority and produce at the time of verification
8. The rule of reservation to local candidates is applicable as per the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (OLC & RDR) Order (Presidential Order)1975, and amendments thereon shall be followed strictly.
9. Integrated Community Certificate issued by the Tashildhar (for candidates who have claimed reservation under BC-A,B,C,D & E/SC(Group-I, II & III)/ST categories).
10. EWS Certificate issued by the Tashildhar who claimed reservation under EWS Reservation.
11. PH Certificate issued by the Referral Hospital (if applicable).
12. RCI registration Certificate (if applicable).
13. Service Certificate issued by Competent Authorities of the Department of Defense, GOI if applied under Ex-servicemen Quota.
14. Experience Certificate (for the post of Principal, if applicable) as per the norms issued in the notification

Important Information and Instructions:

15. Horizontal reservations (for Women, PBD, Meritorious Sports Persons, Ex-Servicemen) will be implemented as per rules in force and relevant Government Orders.
16. The purpose of this letter is solely to verify the particulars furnished in the online application, which is a pre-requisite for consideration of candidature. Selection will be subject to fulfillment of all prescribed conditions.
17. Candidates must produce all requisite original certificates on the date at the time of verification without fail. Failure to attend or produce certificates will result in cancellation of candidature for selection.
18. Candidates must upload the certificates in his/her MEGA DSC-2025 login before attending the certificate verification venue.
19. Candidates must bring all original certificates/documents which are uploaded in the online application along with three sets of xerox copies of the certificates/documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
20. Candidates should bring five recent passport-size photographs identical to the one uploaded in the online application.

It is known that the Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh has made the merit lists of all subjects (State, Zone, District level) for Mega DSC – 2025 available on the official website of Mega DSC https://apdsc.apcfss.in from 22.08.2025.

This is to inform you that for the candidates who have come into the Zone of Consideration for various category posts, the certificate verification for all types of posts applied for by them will begin in the respective districts on Thursday i.e. 28.8.2025 from 09.00 AM.

Therefore, these candidates can download the call letters from 26.08.2025 noon through their personal Mega DSC- 2025 login IDs. Candidates should log in and download the call letter and strictly follow the instructions given therein. Certificates to be brought by the candidates for certificate verification:

• Original certificates of relevant educational qualifications
• Recently issued caste certificate (if applicable)
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Other certificates mentioned in the call letter
• Three sets of Xerox copies certified by a gazetted officer
• 5 passport size photos

Candidates must appear on the date, time and venue allotted to them. The candidature of the candidates who do not appear or are ineligible will be cancelled. In such a case, the candidate in the next merit list will be called for certificate verification.

• Upload Scanned Documents: Immediately after downloading the call letter, candidates must log in to their dashboard and upload scanned copies of all required documents. This includes educational certificates, photo ID proof, and others as specified.
• Special Note for Reserved Categories: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, or EWS categories must ensure they upload their valid caste certificate and income certificate details during this online upload process.
• Get Documents Attested: Before physically appearing for verification, candidates must get photocopies (zerox copies) of all their documents attested by a Gazetted Officer. This is a mandatory requirement for the verification centre.
