AP EAPCET Counselling Dates 2025 (July 22) Registration, Web Options, Documents Required

AP EAMCET Counselling Dates 2025 – APSCHE has started the AP EAMCET 2025 web options on July 13, 2025. The AP EAMCET web options link is available on the official website manabadi.co.in.

AP EAMCET 2025 counselling registration is being conducted from July 7 to July 16, 2025. Candidates who have qualified the AP EAMCET exam can apply for the counselling process. It includes registration, fee payment, document verification, web options, seat allotment and self-reporting to institutes. The counselling will be conducted in three phases. The last date for submission of AP EAMCET 2025 web option entry is July 18, 2025. AP EAMCET seat allotment result will be declared on July 22, 2025.

AP EAPCET Counselling 2025 Dates & Schedule – Overview

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially set July 07, 2025 as the commencement date for the AP EAMCET counselling registration, fee payment, and related processes for engineering aspirants Candidates are urged to log in to the dedicated counselling portal at eapcet sche.aptonline.in from this date.

AP EAPCET 2025 Admissions Schedule for Web Counselling

Once the official counselling dates are released, the following stages will be conducted:

AP EAPCET Certificates Verification for Web Counselling

• Processing fee (Online payment) receipt
• APEAPCET – 2025 Rank Card
• APEAPCET – 2025 Hall Ticket
• S.S.C. or its equivalent Marks memo
• Intermediate or its equivalent
• VI to XII Study Certificates
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the College last studied
• Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2022 by competent authority or White ration card for claiming tuition fee reimbursement, if applicable.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority in case of reserved candidates (BC/SC/ST).
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate (if applicable) for the year 2025–26.
• Persons With benchmark disability (PWD) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC / SPORTS & GAMES / SCOUTS & GUIDES / Minority Certificate, if applicable.
• Local status certificate (if applicable) i.e., a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
• Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e., SSC or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education).
• Residence certificate (not Nativity) of either of parents for 10 years in Andhra Pradesh issued by revenue officials or Service certificate from State/Central/Public Sector Units/Quasi Govt. Organizations if either of parents is working currently in Andhra Pradesh –. In case of non-local candidates

Online Registration and Fee Payment

Candidates will be required to register on the official counselling portal (eapcet-sche.aptonline.in) and pay a non-refundable processing fee.

Document Verification

Candidates must upload and verify their documents including:

• AP EAPCET 2025 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
• SSC and Intermediate Mark Sheets
• Transfer Certificate
• Caste, Income, and Residence Certificates (if applicable)

Web Options Entry

Students can select preferred colleges and courses as per their eligibility and rank. The option entry process will be open for a fixed number of days.

Seat Allotment

APSCHE will allot seats based on merit, category, local area, and preferences submitted during web option entry. The AP EAPCET Seat Allotment 2025 results will be declared online.

Self-Reporting & College Reporting

Candidates must self-report online and also report physically to the allotted college to confirm admission.

AP EAMCET Counselling Procedure

The AP EAMCET 2025 counselling will be conducted in multiple phases, and candidates must follow the below steps to participate:

• Registration & Fee Payment: Visit the official counselling website and register by entering your hall ticket number and rank. Pay the non-refundable processing fee
• online.
• Document Verification: Upload necessary documents such as AP EAMCET Rank Card, Hall Ticket, SSC Marks Memo, Intermediate Marks Memo, Caste Certificate (if applicable),
• Income Certificate, Residence Certificate, etc.
• Web Options Entry: After verification, candidates can log in and exercise their options by selecting their preferred colleges and courses.
• Seat Allotment: Based on rank, category, and web options filled, the seat allotment results will be declared.
• Reporting to College: Candidates must download the allotment order and report to the allotted institute within the specified timeframe.
