Aspirants can check the provisional JEE Main 2026 answer key for paper 1 online. To download the official JEE Main Paper 1 answer key, candidates have to provide the application number and date of birth. Candidates have to login and check the answer key, their recorded response. They can raise objections to the provisional answer key which is expected to be released in early February 2026. National Testing Agency conducted.

JEE Main 2026 LIVE Updates – Answer Key, Response Sheet & Challenge Window

As per the latest internal processing status, NTA is preparing to release the JEE Main 2026 response sheets for candidates.
Backend verification of candidate data and session-wise uploads is currently underway.
Students are advised to keep their Application Number and Date of Birth ready for login.

After logging in using application number and date of birth, candidates can download their response sheet, which displays the answers marked during the exam. Along with this, the provisional answer key will help aspirants calculate their expected scores before the declaration of results.

The JEE Main 2026 answer key challenge link is also expected to open soon. Through this facility, candidates can raise objections against any answer by submitting valid academic proof within the given window. A nominal processing fee may apply per question, as per NTA norms.

JEE Main Final Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key of JEE Main 2026 Session 1 on February 1st to 4th. Candidates can get the JEE Main final answer key 2026 link online by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in & manabadi.co.in. They have to use their application number and date of birth to download the NTA JEE Main 2026 final answer key.

Based on the JEE Main final answer key 2026, the result will be declared soon. All the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in the JEE Main 2026 B.E./B.Tech. paper will be eligible for JEE Advanced.

NTA releases the final answer key considering all the challenges submitted against the provisional answer key. It must be noted that the JEE Main 2026 final answer key is obligatory in nature, that is, NTA will no longer accept any challenges after it is published.

JEE Main Response Sheet 2026 Download

The JEE Mains 2026 response sheet will be available to the candidates through their JEE Mains 2026 login along with the answer key. The response sheet will contain the details of the answers given by the candidate in the JEE Mains exam. Steps to download JEE Main 2026 Answer Key

The answer key of JEE Main 2026 will be made available in online mode after the entrance examination is successfully conducted.

The link to access the JEE Main 2026 answer key will be published by the authorities through which the candidates will be able to access and download the document.

  1. Visit the Official website jeemain.nta.nic.in for JEE Main 2026 Keys
  2. You will find the link – JEE 2026 answer keys
  3. Click on that link, you will redirect to the JEE Main Key page
  4. Enter your JEE Main Application Number and Password
  5. Click the Submit button
  6. Select your exam mode, date and slot
  7. The answer key of JEE Main will be displayed on the screen

Candidates will also be able to raise objection against the released JEE Main 2026 answer key.

A provisional answer key will be released first, after which objections will be accepted by the authorities for a certain limit of time. After checking all of the objections sent, the final JEE Main answer key 2026 will be published.

How to Challenge JEE Main 2026 Answer Key?

When the JEE Main Answer key 2026 is released, the option to challenge it will be available online. To challenge the answer key, candidates must log in to the official website and pay a processing fee of INR 200 per question via credit/debit card/Net banking/UPI/PAYTM service. The payment is not refundable. However, if NTA approves the challenge, the fee will be refunded. To challenge the answer key, follow these steps:

  1. Log in using your Application Number and your Date of Birth/Password.
  2. Select Challenge Answer Key or Challenge Recorded Response” at the Candidates Login Screen.
  3. Select Question Number, Recorded Answer, and Claimed Answer for Recorded Response. Then, add to the list of claims.
  4. Enter the book number, question number, answer, and claimed answer in the Answer Key. Then, add to the list of claims.
  5. Make the payment by Debit/Credit/Net banking

Methods to Challenge the Answer Keys:

  1. Aspirants who are not satisfied with the recorded response in the released JEE Main answer key 2026 will be given a chance to challenge the same by filling an online application form.
  2. Candidates will also be required to pay the processing charges of Rs.1000/- per question.
  3. NTA decision on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained.
  4. JEE Main 2026 result for the first as well as second attempt will be compiled on the basis of final answer keys.
  5. No grievance with regard to answer key(s) after declaration of result of JEE (Main) 2020 will be entertained.
