OU M.E/M.Tech (AICTE) 1st Semester Regular Exam March-2026 Time Table

The Osmania University has officially released the Time Table for M.E/M.Tech (AICTE) 1st Semester Regular Examinations scheduled to be conducted in March 2026. The notification brings clarity to postgraduate engineering students pursuing various specializations under the AICTE-approved curriculum.

As per the released schedule, the examinations are expected to commence in March 2026 and will be conducted in accordance with the academic calendar for the year 2025–2026. The detailed time table includes subject-wise exam dates, session timings, and paper codes for all branches of M.E and M.Tech programs. Students are advised to carefully verify their respective specialization and subject details before appearing for the examinations.
