The notification for the 2024 AP PECET exam has been published by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. dates to be declared soon, 2024, the application process started. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appearing to Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (APPECET-2024) for admission into B.P.Ed (Two years) & D.P.Ed (Two years) courses offered by the Universities and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh state for the Academic year 2024-25.

The Common Entrance Test is used to take students to the B.P.Ed. (two-year) and U.G.D.P.Ed. programmes (Two years) Courses are divided into two sections:
- Physical Efficiency Test
- Skill Test in Game.
AP PECET 2024 Application Form
The application form is available on the university's official website www.sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements should fill out the application form. Candidates must first register and pay the application fee before applying online. Candidates can access the online application form after paying the fee. The application form must be filled out completely and contain all of the required information.
The online registration fee (application processing fee) for OC applicants is Rs. 900, Rs. 800 for BC candidates, and Rs. 700 for SC and ST candidates. The candidate must pay the Registration fee (Application processing fee) via the official website's A.P. Online / Payment Gateways (Credit card, Debit card, Net banking).
The last date for submitting an ONLINE application without a late fee is 05.09.2024, and the last date for submitting an ONLINE application with a late fee of Rs.500/- is 16.09.2024.
APPECET - 2024 ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who meet the following criteria will be eligible to take the AP PECET-2024.
- Candidates must be of Indian Nationality.
- Candidates should be of Indian Nationality. The candidates should satisfy local / non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
- The Candidate shell satisfies the rules of the concerned universities where they take the admission.
- Candidates also must fulfill other conditions mentioned in the Instructions Booklet.
- Eligibility for B.P.Ed. (Two years) Course: Candidates should have appeared third year degree examination or passed three years degree recognized by any university in A.P. or any other university recognized as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2024. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
- Eligibility for D.P.Ed. (Two years) Course: Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2024. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counseling.
- Detailed Information & Procedure for submission of online application are given in the instruction booklet displayed on the website.
- Commencement of Submission of online applications: 28th March, 2024.
- Application Registration fee Rs.900/- for OC, Rs.800/- for BC and Rs.700/- for SC / ST candidates through A.P. online centers/payment gateways (Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking) from 28th March, 2024.
- APPECET-2024 application should be submitted through ONLINE MODE only.
- Last date for Submission of Online applications without late fee is 15.05.2024, with late fee of Rs.500/- is 22.05.2024 and with late fee of Rs. 1000/- is 29.05.2024
AP PECET 2024 Exam Pattern
For better preparation, candidates can review the AP PECET exam pattern. Exam pattern can be found below:
- Physical Efficiency Test : Maximum 200 marks :
For Men

Note : In the application, the candidate must mention the option. Changing options during the exam is not allowed.
- Skill Test in Game : Maximum 100 Mark
The candidate's skills will be tested in one of the following games that he or she selects.
- Ball Badminton
- Basketball
- Cricket
- Football
- Handball
- Hockey
- Kabaddi
- Kho-Kho
- Shuttle Badminton
- Tennis
- Volleyball
Note : If a candidate fails to select any of these games in the application, he or she will not be permitted to take the skill test and will lose the opportunity to take the 100-marks skill test. If an applicant selects more than one game, he or she will be disqualified from the skill test. As a result, the candidate should complete the application properly by selecting only one game. Changing options during the exam is not allowed.
AP PECET 2024 Admit Card
The AP PECET 2024 admit card is now available on the official website on 22 Sep 2024.Candidates who have submitted an application form can obtain an admit card by entering their registration number and birth date.The admit card is a vital document that must be presented to the examination centre on the day of the exam. It contains information such as the hall ticket number, the candidate's name, a photograph, the exam date and time, and so on.
Candidates must bring a printout of their admit card as well as the following documents:
- Sports Merit Certificates.
- Pass Certificate in any one of the following courses: U.G.D.P.Ed / NIS / Yoga / Sports Management / Sports Science / Sports Journalism / Olympic Education / Basic Course in Adventure Sport.
- N.C.C. Certificate (C-Certificate / B-Certificate)
- One set of attested Photostat copies of all the above certificates along with Photostat copy of Hall Ticket.
