OU B.Pharmacy 5th Sem (Main & Backlog) Exam February-2026 Re-Schedule Time Table

The Osmania University has officially released the re-scheduled time table for B.Pharmacy 5th Semester (Main & Backlog) Examinations February-2026. The revised schedule has been issued to accommodate administrative adjustments and ensure smooth conduct of examinations for all eligible candidates.

As per the notification, the examinations will be conducted in the month of February 2026 under the supervision of the University Examination Branch. Students who are appearing for the regular (main) examinations as well as those who have registered for backlog subjects are advised to carefully check the updated dates and subject-wise schedule. The revised time table includes changes in specific exam dates while maintaining the prescribed syllabus and examination pattern.

The university has instructed all affiliated pharmacy colleges to circulate the updated schedule among students and display it on the college notice boards. Candidates must download the official re-scheduled time table from the university’s official website and verify details such as subject codes, exam timings, and reporting instructions. Generally, theory examinations are conducted in either morning or afternoon sessions as specified in the timetable.

Students are advised to carry their hall ticket and valid college ID card to the examination center without fail. Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without proper identification. It is also recommended that candidates reach the examination center at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

In case of any discrepancies regarding subjects or exam registration, students should immediately contact their respective college examination branch for clarification. The university has emphasized that no further changes in the schedule are expected unless officially notified.
