According to the released schedule, the examinations are set to be conducted in a systematic manner to ensure smooth coordination for all departments. Students from Photography, Applied Arts, and Painting streams are advised to carefully check their respective semester-wise timetable and prepare accordingly. The university has structured the exam schedule in such a way that there is sufficient gap between major papers, allowing students adequate time for revision and practical preparation.

The timetable includes both theory and practical examinations, depending on the subject requirements of each semester. Practical exams, which play a crucial role in BFA courses, will be conducted under the supervision of respective department faculty members, ensuring proper evaluation of artistic skills and creative output. Theory examinations will be held at designated examination centers affiliated with Osmania University.

Students appearing for backlog examinations are also included in this schedule, which provides them an opportunity to clear previously incomplete subjects. The university has urged all candidates to regularly visit the official website for updates, hall ticket releases, and any last-minute changes to the timetable.

Candidates are advised to download their hall tickets well in advance and verify details such as exam center, subject codes, and timing. Carrying valid ID proof along with the hall ticket is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.

Overall, the OU BFA June 2026 examination timetable ensures an organized and transparent academic process for all fine arts students.
