The Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially announced the timetable for the IPC 4th Semester Regular and Backlog Examinations to be held in May 2026. This schedule is important for students pursuing the IPC program, as it helps them organize their preparation effectively and ensures they are aware of the examination dates well in advance.
According to the timetable, the examinations will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on all exam days. The schedule begins on 01 May 2026 (Friday) with Industrial Process Control Systems. This is followed by Analog and Digital Electronics on 04 May 2026 (Monday) and Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems on 07 May 2026 (Thursday). Students will then appear for Signals and Systems on 10 May 2026 (Sunday) and Control Systems Engineering on 13 May 2026 (Wednesday). The next paper, Instrumentation and Measurement Techniques, is scheduled for 16 May 2026 (Saturday). Finally, 19 May 2026 (Tuesday) has been reserved for open elective and backlog subjects.
Students appearing for backlog exams must carefully verify their subject codes and ensure they are registered for the correct papers. It is mandatory to carry the hall ticket and a valid ID card to the examination center on each day. Candidates are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam, as late entry will not be permitted.
The university has also emphasized strict adherence to examination rules. The use of mobile phones or any electronic devices inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited. Students should regularly check official notifications for any updates or changes to the schedule.
