Kakatiya University has officially released the M.Tech 1st Year 1st Semester (Regular, Ex & Improvement) Examination Time Table for March 2026. The announcement brings clarity and relief to postgraduate engineering students who have been eagerly waiting to plan their preparation and revision schedules. Candidates pursuing various M.Tech specializations under Kakatiya University and its affiliated colleges can now begin their final phase of exam preparation based on the published schedule.

According to the notification, the examinations will be conducted in offline mode at designated examination centres across Telangana. The timetable applies to Regular students of the current academic batch, along with Ex and Improvement candidates who are appearing to clear backlogs or improve their previous scores. Students are advised to carefully check subject codes, exam dates, and session timings to avoid confusion and last-minute issues.

The university has planned the exams in a structured manner, providing sufficient gap between major subjects so that students can revise thoroughly. Each theory exam will be conducted in forenoon session (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM), unless otherwise mentioned in the official schedule. Practical examinations, if applicable, will be conducted separately by respective colleges after the completion of theory exams.

Students must download and verify their Hall Tickets from the official university website before the commencement of examinations. It is mandatory to carry the hall ticket along with a valid college ID to the examination centre. Without these documents, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exams. The university has also instructed students to follow examination guidelines strictly, including reporting to the centre at least 30 minutes before the exam time.

Kakatiya University has advised all affiliated colleges to display the timetable on notice boards and ensure smooth conduct of examinations. Any discrepancies in the timetable should be reported immediately to the university examination branch.

Students are encouraged to prepare strategically, revise previous question papers, and maintain a proper study schedule. The release of the timetable marks the beginning of the final preparation phase, and candidates are expected to utilize the remaining time effectively to perform well in the March 2026 M.Tech examinations.
