Kakatiya University MCA 1st YEAR 1st Sem (Reg, Ex & Improvement) Exam March 2026 Revised Time-Table

Kakatiya University has officially released the Revised Time-Table for the MCA 1st Year 1st Semester (Regular, Ex & Improvement) Examinations scheduled in March 2026. The updated schedule is applicable to all affiliated colleges under the university jurisdiction. Candidates who are appearing for Regular, Ex (External), and Improvement examinations are advised to carefully check the revised dates and timings to avoid any confusion.

According to the notification issued by the University Examination Branch, the changes in the timetable were made due to administrative reasons. The revised schedule includes subject-wise exam dates along with clear reporting times and session details. Students must ensure they download the updated timetable from the official university portal and strictly follow the new dates.

The examinations will be conducted in the forenoon and afternoon sessions, as specified in the revised schedule. Candidates are instructed to report to the examination center at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Hall tickets must be carried without fail, along with a valid college ID card. Without the hall ticket, students will not be permitted to enter the examination hall.

Students applying for Improvement exams should note that they must appear only for the subjects they have registered for. External candidates must also verify their subject codes and exam centers in advance. The university has clarified that there will be no further changes to the schedule unless officially notified.

All principals of affiliated colleges are requested to circulate the revised timetable among students and ensure smooth conduct of examinations. Any discrepancies related to the timetable should be immediately brought to the notice of the Controller of Examinations, Kakatiya University.

Students are advised to prepare well and make necessary arrangements according to the updated exam dates. Regularly checking the official website for updates is strongly recommended.
