JNTUA B.Tech 2nd Year 1st Semester (R19) Supply Exam March/April 2026 Timetable – Substitute Subjects
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapur has released an important update for students appearing for the B.Tech 2nd Year 1st Semester (R19 Regulation) Supplementary Examinations scheduled in March/April 2026. Along with the regular exam timetable, the university has also issued details regarding substitute subjects for students who are writing backlog examinations under older subject combinations or revised curriculum patterns.
This notification is especially useful for students who were admitted under the R19 regulation and have pending subjects from previous attempts. In some cases, due to syllabus revisions or subject restructuring, a few original papers may no longer be offered under the same subject code. To help such students, JNTUA has mapped those discontinued or revised papers to equivalent substitute subjects, ensuring that students can complete their academic requirements without confusion.
Students are advised to carefully verify the subject codes, exam dates, and substitute subject details mentioned in the official timetable before attending the examinations. Writing the wrong subject paper or failing to identify the substitute subject may lead to unnecessary academic issues. Therefore, candidates should also consult their respective college examination branches for proper clarification before the exams begin.
The supplementary exams provide a valuable opportunity for students to clear pending subjects and improve their academic progress. Candidates should make use of the available time to prepare well, follow the revised schedule strictly, and keep hall ticket and subject information ready in advance.
Students are also advised to regularly visit the official JNTUA website and stay in touch with their colleges for any further updates, corrections, or announcements related to the March/April 2026 supplementary examinations.
