SBTET Extension of Fee Payment Date For Supply, 2nd Mercy and Special Mercy Exam Dec 2025 Timetable
The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has officially announced the extension of the fee payment deadline for the upcoming Supply, 2nd Mercy, and Special Mercy Examinations scheduled for December 2025. This decision comes as a relief to thousands of diploma students across Telangana who had requested additional time to complete their exam fee payment procedures due to academic backlogs and financial constraints.
As per the latest notification, students can now pay their examination fees without late fee up to the newly extended deadline. A short grace period with a nominal late fee has also been provided for those who miss the revised date. SBTET has advised candidates to utilize this final opportunity and avoid last-minute payment delays, as no further extension will be granted.
Alongside the fee extension, the board has also released the official timetable for the December 2025 examinations. The exams for Supply, 2nd Mercy, and Special Mercy candidates will begin in the third week of December 2025. Theory exams will be conducted in offline mode at designated polytechnic centers across the state.
Each exam day is scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with certain branch-specific subjects allotted afternoon sessions to accommodate all candidates. Practical examinations for backlog and mercy students will be held after the completion of theory exams, and separate dates will be notified to colleges.
SBTET has emphasized strict adherence to examination rules, reminding students to carry their hall tickets, valid ID proof, and follow all exam-day guidelines. Colleges have been instructed to display the updated timetable and fee-extension notice on their notice boards and official portals.
The extension and revised timetable provide students a valuable opportunity to clear pending subjects and progress academically without further delays. SBTET has urged all candidates to make use of this extended window and prepare thoroughly for the December 2025 examinations.
