Mahatma Gandhi University LLB (5YDC) 5th & 9th Sem Reg Exam Dec 2025 Timetable
Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the LLB (5-Year Degree Course) 5th and 9th Semester Regular Examination Timetable for December 2025, providing law students across all affiliated colleges with a clear schedule for their end-semester academic assessments. The timetable marks an important step in the academic progression of law students, particularly those in the advanced 9th Semester, who are approaching the final stages of their legal education.
According to the timetable, the theory examinations for both semesters will begin in the second week of December 2025. All exams will be conducted in the offline mode at designated MGU law examination centers. The university has ensured that sufficient gaps are provided between major papers, allowing students to prepare thoroughly for subjects that require extensive conceptual understanding and case law analysis.
For 5th Semester students, the examination schedule includes major subjects such as Family Law-II, Environmental Law, Labour Law-I, and other core papers mandated by the Bar Council of India curriculum.
The 9th Semester exams cover advanced subjects including Civil Procedure Code-II, Law of Evidence-II, Drafting & Pleading, Professional Ethics, and other specialization-oriented papers that prepare students for higher-level legal practice.
Examinations are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and students are advised to report at least 30 minutes early. Hall tickets will be made available on the university’s official website before the examinations, and students must carry them along with valid identification.
MGU has also instructed affiliated law colleges to complete internal assessments, moot court activities, viva-voce components, and practical training evaluations before the commencement of theory exams. Internal marks must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines to ensure timely result processing.
The university has emphasized strict adherence to examination guidelines, warning that malpractice or non-compliance will result in disciplinary action.
With the release of the December 2025 timetable, MGU aims to ensure a smooth and structured examination cycle for LLB (5YDC) students, helping them prepare confidently for their academic advancement and legal career pathways.
