Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the LLB (3-Year Degree Course) 3rd and 5th Semester Regular Examination Timetable for December 2025, marking a crucial academic update for law students enrolled in its affiliated colleges. The release of the timetable allows students to begin systematic exam preparation for the upcoming end-semester assessments.

According to the schedule, the theory examinations will begin in the second week of December 2025, and will be conducted across designated university examination centers in offline mode. All exams are scheduled for the 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM session unless otherwise notified. The university has included sufficient gaps between major papers to help students effectively revise subjects that require extensive case law study, statute interpretation, and conceptual clarity.

For 3rd Semester students, the examinations include important subjects such as Constitutional Law-II, Law of Contracts-II, Jurisprudence, and Professional Ethics. These subjects play a foundational role in shaping students’ legal reasoning abilities and understanding of core principles of law.

The 5th Semester examinations cover more advanced legal subjects, typically including Labour Law-I, Environmental Law, Family Law-II, Company Law, and other papers specified under the Bar Council of India (BCI) curriculum. These subjects help students build specialized knowledge in substantive and procedural areas of law.

MGU has advised all students to download their hall tickets from the official university website once they are made available. Carrying the hall ticket along with a valid photo ID to the exam center is mandatory. The university has requested students to reach the exam hall at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start.

Affiliated colleges have been instructed to complete internal assessments, moot court exercises, viva-voce components, and practical evaluations before the commencement of theory exams. All internal marks must be uploaded within the prescribed deadlines to avoid delays in result processing.

MGU has emphasized strict adherence to examination rules and warned that any malpractice will be dealt with seriously.

With the release of the December 2025 timetable, LLB (3YDC) students can now organize their study plans and prepare thoroughly for their upcoming examinations.
