AdiKavi Nannaya University (AKNU), Rajamahendravaram, has officially released the Year-End Examination Timetable for the PG Diploma in Child and Adolescent Guidance and Counselling (PGDCGC) scheduled for December 2025. This announcement is significant for candidates pursuing the one-year specialized diploma aimed at strengthening skills in child psychology, adolescent development, counselling methods, and educational guidance.
According to the timetable issued by the university, the PGDCGC year-end theory examinations will commence in the second week of December 2025. The examinations will be conducted in offline mode at designated AKNU examination centers. Key papers included in the schedule are: Foundations of Child Development, Adolescent Behaviour and Needs, Counselling Techniques, Psychological Assessment Tools, Behavioural Intervention Strategies, and School Guidance Practices. Each paper has been assigned a separate date, ensuring sufficient gaps for systematic preparation.
Along with theory exams, students must also complete practical components, including case studies, counselling practice sessions, psychological testing reports, and reflective journals. AKNU has directed all affiliated study centers to complete practical examinations and submit internal marks before the start of theory exams. Failure to submit practical records may result in withholding of results, as per university regulations.
Students can download their hall tickets from the AKNU official examination portal once the link is activated. The university has advised candidates to carry their hall ticket, ID proof, and required writing materials to the exam hall. Reporting at least 30 minutes before the exam is mandatory to ensure smooth conduct of the tests.
The release of the December 2025 PGDCGC timetable enables students to plan their revision effectively for this highly professional program. Adikavi Nannaya University aims to conduct the examinations in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, helping students successfully move forward in their careers as trained counsellors for children and adolescents.
