Kakatiya University has officially declared the M.Pharmacy (CBCS) 4th Semester Examination Results for the examinations conducted in December 2025. Candidates who appeared for the final semester examinations can now access their results through the university's official examination portal by entering their Hall Ticket Number.

The M.Pharmacy 4th Semester is the concluding semester of the postgraduate pharmacy programme under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS). The examinations covered students from various specializations, including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and other branches offered by Kakatiya University and its affiliated colleges.
