KNRUHS Admissions Into Msc Nursing Course Under Competent Authority Quota (Academic 2025-26) Final Merit List
The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has officially released the Final Merit List for admissions into the M.Sc Nursing Course under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2025–26. Candidates who applied for admission into various postgraduate nursing specializations can now check their rank and eligibility status through the university’s official website.
The merit list has been prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in their qualifying examination and the guidelines prescribed by the university and the Government of Telangana. Only those applicants who submitted their online application forms within the stipulated time and fulfilled all eligibility criteria were considered for inclusion in the final merit list.
According to the notification, the final merit list includes the names, application numbers, categories, and merit ranks of eligible candidates. The list has been prepared after carefully examining the certificates uploaded by applicants during the online registration process. Any discrepancies identified during verification were addressed before finalizing the merit ranking.
Admissions into the M.Sc Nursing program will be conducted under the Competent Authority Quota, which is applicable to government colleges and certain private affiliated colleges. Based on the final merit list, candidates will be invited to participate in the web-based counselling process, where they can exercise their options for preferred colleges and specializations such as Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, and Psychiatric Nursing.
Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list must regularly check the university website for updates regarding counselling schedules, certificate verification, and seat allotment procedures. During counselling, applicants must ensure that they provide accurate information and submit all required original certificates for verification.
The university has advised candidates to carefully read the counselling instructions before exercising web options to avoid mistakes in the admission process. Final admission will be granted only after successful verification of certificates and payment of the prescribed tuition fee.
Students aspiring to pursue postgraduate studies in nursing are encouraged to stay updated with further notifications from KNRUHS regarding counselling dates and seat allotment results for the 2025–26 academic year.
