Palamuru University UG 2nd, 4th, 6th & 5th Semester Malpractice Committee Exam April/May 2026 Circular

Palamuru University has issued an important circular regarding the Undergraduate (UG) 2nd, 4th, 6th and 5th Semester examinations conducted during April/May 2026. The notification pertains to the meeting of the Malpractice Committee, which has been constituted to examine and decide upon cases of unfair means and examination-related irregularities reported during the semester examinations.

According to the circular, candidates against whom malpractice cases have been booked are required to appear before the University Malpractice Committee on the scheduled date and time. The committee will review the reports submitted by the chief superintendents and invigilators and provide the concerned students an opportunity to explain their position before arriving at a final decision.

The university authorities have directed all principals of affiliated colleges to inform the concerned students immediately and ensure their presence before the committee. Students are advised to carry their hall tickets and any supporting documents that may be relevant to their case. Failure to appear before the committee may result in the committee taking a decision based on the available records.

The Malpractice Committee plays a crucial role in maintaining transparency and ensuring the integrity of the examination system. The committee will take action in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by Palamuru University. Depending on the nature and severity of the offense, penalties may range from cancellation of the concerned paper to debarment from future examinations.

Students are advised to regularly visit the university website and stay in touch with their respective colleges for updates regarding the committee proceedings and related announcements. The circular aims to uphold fairness and maintain academic standards in all university examinations.
