PU M.Sc. 5-Year Integrated Chemistry 1st Semester (Regular & Backlog) Theory Exam February 2026 Recounting Form Notification
Palamuru University (PU) has officially released the Recounting Form Notification for the M.Sc. 5-Year Integrated Chemistry 1st Semester (Regular & Backlog) Theory Examinations held in February 2026. Students who are not satisfied with their examination results now have an opportunity to apply for the recounting of their answer scripts within the prescribed schedule announced by the university.
The recounting process enables candidates to request a re-verification of the total marks awarded in their theory examination answer scripts. During this process, the university verifies whether all answers have been evaluated, confirms the correctness of the marks awarded for each answer, and ensures that the total marks have been calculated accurately. However, students should note that recounting does not involve a fresh evaluation or re-assessment of the answers written in the examination.
Eligible candidates are advised to submit their recounting application forms through their respective colleges along with the prescribed fee before the last date mentioned in the official notification. Applications received after the deadline or without the required fee will not be considered by the university authorities.
Students should carefully fill in all required details, including their Hall Ticket Number, Course, Semester, Subject Code, and Contact Information, to avoid delays during the processing of their applications. They are also advised to keep copies of the submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference.
After completing the recounting process, Palamuru University will publish the updated results, if there are any changes in the marks awarded. The revised marks, if applicable, will be treated as final and reflected in the student's academic records.
Candidates are encouraged to regularly visit the official university website and stay in touch with their respective colleges for updates regarding the recounting schedule, application deadlines, fee details, and the announcement of recounting results. Applying within the stipulated timeline will ensure that the request is processed without any inconvenience.
