The notification is applicable to students appearing under Regular, Backlog, and Improvement categories. Candidates pursuing law courses under Palamuru University and its affiliated colleges are advised to carefully read the notification and complete the examination registration process within the prescribed schedule.

According to the notification, eligible students must submit their examination application forms through their respective colleges before the last date specified by the university. Candidates should also pay the prescribed examination fee along with any applicable late fee, if they fail to register within the regular schedule. College principals are instructed to verify the eligibility of students and forward the examination forms to the university within the stipulated timeline.

Students are advised to ensure that all personal and academic details mentioned in the examination application are accurate to avoid discrepancies while generating hall tickets. The university will issue hall tickets only to candidates who successfully complete the registration process and fulfill all eligibility requirements.

The detailed theory examination timetable, including subject-wise exam dates and timings, will be published separately on the university's official examination portal. Candidates should regularly check the official website and their respective colleges for updates regarding the timetable, hall ticket release, and examination instructions.

Students appearing for backlog or improvement examinations should carefully verify the subjects they intend to write before submitting their applications. They are also advised to keep copies of the fee payment receipt and examination application for future reference.

Palamuru University has urged all students to strictly adhere to the examination guidelines and maintain discipline during the examinations. Candidates should report to the examination centre well before the scheduled time and carry their hall ticket along with a valid identity card.
