OU UG CBCS BA/BCom (All Streams)/B.Sc/BSc (Hons)/BBA (All Streams)/BSW 1st Sem Reg Exam Jan 2026 Revaluation & Photocopy

Osmania University has released the notification for UG CBCS Revaluation and Photocopy for 1st Semester Regular Examinations conducted in January 2026. The notification is applicable to students pursuing BA, B.Com (All Streams), B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons), BBA (All Streams), and BSW courses under the CBCS pattern.

Students who appeared for the 1st Semester Regular Examinations held in January 2026 and are not satisfied with their results can apply for Revaluation (RV) or obtain a Photocopy of their Answer Scripts. This facility allows candidates to verify the correctness of evaluation and ensures transparency in the examination process.

According to the university guidelines, students who wish to apply for Photocopy of Answer Scripts must submit their applications within the stipulated dates through their respective colleges. After receiving the photocopy, students can carefully review their answers and decide whether they want to apply for Revaluation or Challenge Valuation. Revaluation involves a rechecking and reassessment of the answer sheet by another examiner to ensure that marks have been awarded correctly.

Candidates are required to submit the prescribed application form along with the required fee through the college examination branch. The university will process the applications only if they are forwarded by the respective colleges before the deadline. Late applications may not be considered.
