Osmania University (OU) has released the Ph.D. Viva-Voce Circulars for research scholars who have successfully completed the required stages of their doctoral programme. As per the circular, only those research scholars who have fulfilled all the prescribed academic and research requirements, including thesis submission and evaluation by external examiners, are eligible to appear for the Viva-Voce examination.
