OU PGRRCDE (MA/M.Com & M.sc) 1st Sem Reg Photocopy & Challenge Evaluation Exam Sep 2025 Notification
Osmania University has released an important notification for students studying under the Prof. G. Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education (PGRRCDE). The notification is related to the Photocopy and Challenge Valuation process for the MA, M.Com, and M.Sc 1st Semester Regular Examinations conducted in September 2025. Students who are not satisfied with their exam results now have an opportunity to apply for the photocopy of their answer scripts and request challenge evaluation.
According to the notification, candidates who appeared for the PGRRCDE postgraduate first semester examinations can apply to obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer scripts. This process allows students to review their answer papers and understand how their answers were assessed. It is particularly useful for students who feel that their marks are not as expected or believe there may have been an error during evaluation.
After receiving the photocopy, students who still believe that their answers deserve more marks can apply for Challenge Evaluation. In this process, the answer script will be re-evaluated by another examiner. If there is a change in marks after the challenge valuation, the revised marks will be updated in the university records and reflected in the student’s results.
Students must submit their applications for photocopy and challenge evaluation within the deadline specified by the university. Applications should be submitted through the official PGRRCDE portal or at the designated university office, along with the prescribed fee for each subject. Separate fees are usually applicable for photocopy requests and challenge evaluation.
Candidates are advised to carefully check the eligibility criteria, fee details, and last dates mentioned in the official notification before submitting their applications. Late submissions are generally not accepted by the university authorities.
This initiative by Osmania University PGRRCDE helps ensure transparency in the examination and evaluation process while giving students a fair chance to verify their performance. Students seeking more information can visit the official PGRRCDE website or contact the university examination branch for further assistance
