OU MBA Evening 4th Sem Photocopy & Challenge Valuation Jan 2026 Notification

Osmania University has released the notification regarding Photocopy and Challenge Valuation for the MBA (Evening) 4th Semester examinations conducted in January 2026. This facility is provided to help students verify the evaluation of their answer scripts and ensure transparency in the examination process.

Students who appeared for the MBA (Evening) IV Semester examinations and are not satisfied with their marks can apply for photocopy of their answer scripts. By obtaining a photocopy, candidates can review how their answers were evaluated and check for any possible discrepancies in marking. After reviewing the photocopy, students who still believe that their answers deserve better marks may apply for Challenge Valuation.

For applying to the photocopy facility, candidates must submit the prescribed application form along with the required fee within the stipulated deadline mentioned in the notification. Once the photocopy of the answer script is issued, students will be given a specific period to analyze it. If they find any mistakes in evaluation, they can proceed with the Challenge Valuation application.

Under the Challenge Valuation process, the answer script will be re-evaluated by another qualified examiner appointed by the university. If there is a significant change in the marks after revaluation, the revised marks will be updated in the student’s academic record. However, if there is no change or only a minor difference, the originally awarded marks will remain final.
