The Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the UG 2nd, 4th, 6th Semester Regular/Backlog and 1st, 3rd, 5th Semester Backlog Examination Fee Notification for March 2026. Students pursuing various undergraduate courses such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, and other UG programs under MGU are advised to carefully check the notification and complete the fee payment process within the stipulated dates.
According to the notification, candidates who are appearing for 2nd, 4th, and 6th semester regular examinations along with backlog papers, and students of 1st, 3rd, and 5th semesters appearing for backlog exams, must remit the prescribed examination fee through their respective colleges. The university has clearly mentioned the last dates for fee payment without late fee and with applicable late fee charges. Students are strongly encouraged to avoid last-minute payments to prevent penalties.
The examination fee structure generally varies depending on the number of subjects a student is appearing for. Separate fee details are provided for one paper, two papers, three or more papers, and for improvement/backlog examinations. Candidates should also verify their eligibility, attendance percentage, and subject details before submitting the application form.
Colleges affiliated with MGU are instructed to upload the examination application forms online and remit the consolidated fee to the university within the specified deadline. No manual applications will be accepted beyond the due date.
Students are advised to regularly visit the official MGU website for detailed instructions, fee particulars, and updates regarding the examination timetable and hall ticket release. Timely payment of examination fees ensures smooth processing of hall tickets and participation in the March 2026 UG semester examinations.
