MGU B.Tech 2nd & 4th Semester Regular/Backlog, 1st & 3rd Semester Backlog and Non-CBCS Backlog July 2026 Photocopy Notification
Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has released the Photocopy Notification for B.Tech 2nd Semester and 4th Semester Regular/Backlog, 1st & 3rd Semester Backlog, and Non-CBCS Backlog Examinations conducted in July 2026. Students who appeared for these examinations and wish to obtain a photocopy of their evaluated answer scripts can now submit their applications within the prescribed schedule announced by the university.
The photocopy facility enables students to verify the evaluation of their answer scripts by obtaining a scanned copy of the assessed answer booklet. This process helps candidates understand the marks awarded, identify any discrepancies in evaluation, and make informed decisions regarding revaluation or other examination-related procedures if applicable.
Candidates are advised to carefully read the official notification before submitting their applications. The application should be completed through the prescribed mode, and the required photocopy fee must be paid for each subject as specified by the university. Applications received after the last date or without the prescribed fee may not be considered.
Students should ensure that all details, including their Hall Ticket Number, Subject Code, and Contact Information, are entered correctly while applying. Any incorrect information may lead to delays in processing the request. Once the applications are verified, the university will make the photocopies of the evaluated answer scripts available as per the notified procedure.
Applicants are encouraged to keep a copy of the payment receipt and application form for future reference. They should also regularly check the official university website for updates regarding the release of answer script photocopies and any further examination-related notifications.
Students seeking additional clarification regarding the photocopy process, application fee, or schedule may contact their respective college examination branch or the Controller of Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University. Candidates are advised to complete the application process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues or delays.
