MGU B.Tech R23 Regulation, AICTE, CBCS & Non-CBCS 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th Sem Back., Exam March/April-2026 Fee Notification
The Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has officially released the fee notification for B.Tech students under the R23 regulation for the upcoming Backlog (Supplementary) Examinations scheduled in March/April 2026. This notification applies to students enrolled in AICTE-approved courses following both CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) and Non-CBCS patterns across 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th semesters.
As per the notification, candidates who have failed or wish to improve their performance in previous semester subjects are eligible to apply for these backlog examinations. The university has clearly outlined the examination fee structure, which varies depending on the number of subjects a student intends to appear for. Students are advised to carefully check the fee details and ensure timely payment to avoid any late penalties.
The application process is to be completed through the respective college examination branches. Students must fill out the exam application forms and submit them along with the prescribed fee within the stipulated deadline. MGU has also provided a schedule for normal fee payment, as well as an extended deadline with a late fee for those who miss the initial due date.
Hall tickets for the examinations will be issued only to those candidates who have successfully completed the application process. The university emphasized that no applications will be accepted after the final deadline under any circumstances.
Students are encouraged to verify their eligibility, subjects, and fee details before submission. Additionally, they should stay in touch with their college authorities for updates regarding the examination timetable and other important instructions.
This notification is a crucial opportunity for students to clear their pending subjects and progress academically. Proper planning and timely action will help candidates make the most of this chance provided by MGU.
