MGU B.Tech 1st Sem Regular Photocopy Exam March-2026 Fee Notification

The Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) has released the official notification for B.Tech 1st Semester Regular Photocopy – March 2026 Examination Fee. This notification is applicable to all first semester B.Tech regular students who appeared for the March 2026 examinations and wish to apply for photocopies of their answer scripts.

As per the notification, candidates who are not satisfied with their marks or who wish to verify their evaluated answer sheets can apply for photocopy through the prescribed procedure. The photocopy facility allows students to obtain a scanned copy of their answer script, enabling them to review the evaluation and check for any totaling errors or unevaluated answers.

Students are required to submit their photocopy applications through their respective colleges. The application must be accompanied by the prescribed fee per subject, as mentioned in the official circular. The fee should be paid within the stipulated deadline to avoid late penalties. Applications received after the last date will not be considered under any circumstances.

College principals are instructed to collect the applications from eligible students and remit the consolidated fee to the university within the specified timeline. They must also ensure that the applications are verified properly before submission to avoid discrepancies.

Students are advised to carefully check their hall ticket numbers, subject codes, and other details while filling out the photocopy application form. Any incorrect information may lead to rejection of the request.
