KU MCA 2nd Sem (CBCS) (Reg, Ex & Improvement) Exam July/Aug 2026 Fee Notification

Kakatiya University (KU) has released the MCA 2nd Semester (CBCS) Regular, Ex, and Improvement Examination Fee Notification for the July/August 2026 examinations. Students pursuing the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course under Kakatiya University and its affiliated colleges are advised to complete the examination fee payment process within the prescribed schedule to become eligible for the semester examinations. The notification has been issued by the University Examination Branch to facilitate the smooth conduct of the upcoming examinations.

According to the notification, all Regular, Ex (Backlog), and Improvement candidates must submit their examination application forms through their respective colleges along with the prescribed examination fee. Students should carefully verify their personal details, subjects, and eligibility before submitting the application. Colleges are instructed to collect the examination fees from eligible candidates and forward the applications to the university within the stipulated deadline.

Candidates are advised not to wait until the last date for fee payment, as late submissions may attract additional late fees or may not be accepted after the final deadline. Students should also retain the fee payment receipt for future reference. Those appearing for backlog or improvement examinations should ensure they register only for the eligible papers as per the university regulations.

After the completion of the examination fee process, Kakatiya University is expected to release the MCA 2nd Semester Hall Tickets on its official examination portal before the commencement of the examinations. Students must download their hall tickets and verify all the details, including their name, hall ticket number, examination centre, and subject information. Entry into the examination hall will be permitted only with a valid hall ticket and a college identity card.
