KNRUHS MBBS BDS Admissions Under Competent Authority Quota AY 2026-27 Notice

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana, has released the MBBS and BDS Admissions Under Competent Authority Quota Notice for the Academic Year 2026-27. The notification invites eligible candidates who have qualified in NEET UG 2026 to participate in the state counselling process for admission into Government and Private Medical and Dental Colleges affiliated with KNRUHS. The admissions will be conducted online as per the regulations of the National Medical Commission (NMC), Dental Council of India (DCI), and the Government of Telangana.

Candidates seeking admission under the Competent Authority Quota (State Quota) must complete the online registration process, upload the required certificates, and pay the prescribed registration fee within the schedule announced by the university. Only candidates who satisfy the Telangana local and non-local eligibility conditions, educational qualifications, and NEET eligibility criteria will be considered for the state merit list. The university will publish provisional and final merit lists after verification of applications and certificates.

The counselling process generally includes online registration, document verification, publication of the merit list, web option entry, seat allotment, tuition fee payment, self-reporting, and reporting at the allotted college. Seat allotment will be made based on the candidate's NEET UG 2026 Rank, State Merit Position, Reservation Category, Local Area Status, and availability of seats in participating medical and dental colleges.

Applicants are advised to keep all necessary documents ready, including the NEET UG 2026 Rank Card, Admit Card, SSC and Intermediate certificates, Transfer Certificate, Study/Residence Certificates, Category and EWS certificates (if applicable), Aadhaar Card, and other documents specified in the notification. Failure to submit valid documents within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of candidature.
