The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad JNTU Hyderabad has issued an important update regarding the rescheduling of examinations for B.Tech (CSE) students under its constituent colleges. As per the latest notification from the Department of Engineering Graphics and Computer Aided Design (EG & CAD), the 1st Year 2nd Semester examination, which was earlier scheduled for 30-06-2026 (FN session), has been officially rescheduled.

According to the revised exam schedule, the affected examination for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering students in constituent colleges will now be conducted on a later date that will be announced shortly by the university authorities. The decision has been taken in view of administrative requirements and to ensure smooth conduct of examinations without any clashes in the academic timetable.

The university has advised all concerned principals, examination branch officials, and students to take note of this change and prepare accordingly. Candidates are also requested to regularly check the official JNTUH website and their respective college notice boards for updated schedules and further instructions regarding the revised examination date.

This rescheduling applies only to the EG & CAD subject for B.Tech (CSE) 1st Year 2nd Semester students studying in constituent colleges under JNTUH. Other examinations in the same academic session are expected to be conducted as per the originally scheduled timetable unless otherwise notified.

Students are advised not to get confused with previously issued hall tickets mentioning the original date, as a revised notification will supersede the earlier schedule. The university has also instructed college authorities to inform students through SMS alerts, circulars, and departmental announcements to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.

The examination branch is expected to release a detailed revised timetable soon, including the new date and session timing for the postponed paper. Students are encouraged to stay calm, continue their preparation, and focus on other upcoming examinations while awaiting the updated schedule.

This change reflects the university’s ongoing efforts to streamline academic operations and ensure fair and organized conduct of examinations across all constituent colleges.
