JNTUH Circular to Principals Regarding Autonomous Colleges Online Valuation Process

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has issued an important circular addressed to the Principals of autonomous colleges regarding the implementation and smooth conduct of the online valuation process for examinations. This circular is intended to streamline the evaluation system, ensure transparency, and improve the speed and accuracy of result processing in affiliated autonomous institutions.

According to the notification, all Principals of autonomous colleges under JNTUH are instructed to make necessary arrangements for the online valuation of answer scripts as per the university’s prescribed guidelines. The university has emphasized that the evaluation process must be carried out with strict confidentiality, fairness, and adherence to academic standards. Faculty members assigned as evaluators are expected to follow the online assessment procedures carefully and complete the valuation within the stipulated timeline.

The circular also highlights the need for colleges to provide proper infrastructure, including secure computer systems, stable internet connectivity, and designated valuation centers, to facilitate uninterrupted online evaluation. In addition, the Principals have been directed to coordinate with examination branches and technical support teams to address any issues that may arise during the process.

JNTUH has introduced the online valuation process to reduce delays in manual evaluation and to bring greater efficiency to the examination system. This initiative is expected to benefit students by enabling quicker declaration of results and minimizing human errors in the assessment process.
