The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has officially released the notification for B.Tech / B.Tech (Minor) III Year II Semester (3-2) Regular/Supplementary and III Year I Semester (3-1) Supplementary Examinations scheduled in April 2026. The notification is applicable to students studying under various affiliated colleges of JNTUH.
According to the university examination branch, the 3-2 semester regular examinations will be conducted for students who are currently pursuing the third year second semester of their B.Tech programs. At the same time, supplementary examinations will also be held for students who have previously failed or could not appear for the examinations in earlier attempts. In addition, students who still have backlogs in the 3-1 semester are also eligible to apply for the supplementary examinations during this exam session.
The university has directed all affiliated colleges to complete the online registration process for examination applications within the prescribed schedule. Students are required to submit their exam forms through their respective colleges along with the required examination fee. The fee structure usually varies depending on the number of subjects the candidate wishes to appear for.
Candidates who submit the examination applications after the last date will be required to pay a late fee as per the rules specified by the university. Therefore, students are advised to complete the application process within the deadline to avoid additional charges.
The detailed examination timetable for the JNTUH B.Tech 3-2 Regular/Supply and 3-1 Supply examinations will be released shortly on the official website of the university. Students should regularly check the university portal and their college notice boards for updates regarding the timetable, hall tickets, and other important instructions.
Hall tickets for the examinations will be made available online a few days before the commencement of the exams. Students must download and carry the hall ticket to the examination center along with a valid college ID card.
These examinations are an important opportunity for students to clear their backlogs and continue their academic progress without delay. Students are therefore advised to prepare well and follow the guidelines issued by JNTUH for the smooth conduct of the examinations.
