DOST Admission 2026 - Telangana Degree Online Admissions Notification & Schedule

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially released the DOST Admission 2026 notification for undergraduate degree admissions across Telangana state. DOST, which stands for Degree Online Services Telangana, is the centralized online admission platform for students seeking admission into various UG courses such as B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, BBM, BSW, and other degree programs offered by government, autonomous, aided, and private colleges in Telangana. The admission process for the academic year 2026-27 will be conducted completely online through the official portal.

According to the official schedule, the DOST 2026 notification was released on April 13, 2026, while Phase-I registrations started from April 15 and continued until May 7, 2026. Students were allowed to exercise web options from April 30 to May 8. The Phase-I seat allotment results were announced on May 14, 2026. Candidates who secured seats must complete online self-reporting within the prescribed dates. The admission process will be conducted in three phases to ensure maximum opportunities for students to secure admissions in their preferred colleges and courses.

Students who have passed Intermediate or equivalent examinations are eligible to apply for DOST admissions. Candidates can register using their Aadhaar-linked mobile number, generate a DOST ID, pay the registration fee, and select preferred colleges and courses through web options. Special category certificate verification for NCC, Sports, PH, CAP, and Extra-Curricular Activities candidates will be conducted at designated University Help Line Centers (UHLCS).

The Telangana government introduced DOST to simplify and streamline degree admissions through a single online platform. Students can apply to multiple colleges and courses without visiting campuses individually. Officials stated that classes for the academic year 2026-27 are expected to commence from July 1, 2026. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official DOST portal for latest updates regarding seat allotment, special phase admissions, and reporting schedules.
