AU Permission to Upload the UG 6th Sem Long Term Internship Marks into the Online Portal – Imposition of Penalty
Andhra University (AU) has issued an important notification regarding the upload of UG 6th Semester Long Term Internship (LTI) marks into the online portal. The notification is intended for affiliated colleges that have not yet submitted the internship marks of eligible students within the prescribed schedule. To facilitate the completion of the academic evaluation process, the University has granted permission to upload the pending marks subject to the payment of a penalty.
According to the notification, all principals of affiliated colleges are instructed to verify the internship records and ensure that the marks are uploaded accurately through the University’s online portal. The special permission has been provided as a one-time opportunity for institutions that missed the original deadline. Colleges must complete the process within the time frame specified by the University to avoid further delays in the declaration of semester results.
The University has also clarified that the upload of marks will be allowed only after the prescribed penalty amount is paid. Institutions are advised to follow the official guidelines while submitting the marks and maintain all supporting documents related to the internship evaluation for future verification.
Students who have successfully completed their Long Term Internship (LTI) need not visit the University separately. Instead, they should stay in touch with their respective college authorities to confirm that their internship marks have been uploaded correctly. Any discrepancy in the uploaded data should be reported immediately to the college examination section.
The successful submission of internship marks is essential for the processing of UG 6th Semester results, as internship performance forms an important component of the academic assessment under the curriculum. Therefore, colleges should complete the process without any further delay.
Students and college administrators are advised to regularly visit the official Andhra University examination portal for the latest notifications, deadlines, and detailed instructions regarding the online submission of internship marks and other examination-related updates.
