Satavahana University has released the official notification for the Undergraduate (UG) Semester Examinations scheduled for December 2025. The circular covers students under multiple regulations, including UG 1st Semester CBCS R19 Regular & Backlog, UG 1st Semester CBCS R25 Regular, and UG 3rd & 5th Semester CBCS R19. The University has instructed all affiliated colleges and students to take note of the schedule and complete necessary exam-related procedures within the prescribed deadlines.

According to the notification, the UG 1st Semester (CBCS R19 and R25) examinations are expected to begin in the second week of December 2025. Meanwhile, the UG 3rd and 5th Semester examinations under CBCS R19 are planned for the third and fourth weeks of December. Detailed timetables for each program—BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, and BSW—will be released separately on the University’s official portal.

The University has activated the online application platform for exam registration through college logins. Students must submit their examination forms and fees within the stipulated dates. The last date without a late fee is anticipated to fall in mid-November 2025, while submissions with a late fee will be accepted until the first week of December. Colleges have been directed to verify student eligibility and ensure timely submission to the Examination Branch.

Examination fees should be paid online, and students are advised to preserve payment receipts for future reference. Hall tickets will be made available approximately one week before the examinations. Satavahana University has also emphasized that no candidate will be allowed to appear for the exams without a valid hall ticket.
